Social Security Washington

Posted on March 29, 2010.
Social Security WashingtonWhat is the social security law of the State of Washington if you suppose to receive a portion of a trust and want to retire?

Does anyone know what the Social Security Act is the State of Washington if your suppose to receive a portion of a trust and want to retire? I have heard in some states you are not allowed to withdraw from a trust and continue to receive assistance and SSI links would be appreciated.

I think you can choose him, but I would go see a lawyer for a one-hour consultation to see if you can get both. If confidence is to help you with basic needs such as dental work, furniture, clothing, transportation, etc., you can use the money for basic needs. You can have a basic need of trust as you might need money for travel or medical bills or basic social security does not pay sometimes.
