Social Security Appeal Form

Someone told me that in some cases, your doctor can fill out a form allowing your case for Social Security disability will be approved much quicker.

I am currently waiting for my call to the judge the right to be regular. I waited almost a year, just for that!

I never saw a form that the doctor can fill. The only form that I saw was a green form of disability, you've probably filled in your application. Their is something you can have your doctor can help only if at your hearing, whenever it may be. If you have a lawyer to help you do this, they can work on right now, but if it has not been done, you can start working with your doctor about this.

The SSA has a strict set of guidelines they use when deciding whether someone is disabled. These guidelines are called the ads. You should find the registration area that relate to your disability ( http://www.ssa.gov/disability/profession ...

Print the article or articles about you. You can then call your doctor and ask him to write a letter to SSA explaining whey he / she believes that you respond to these ads. If your doctor can refer you to her is even better.

Good luck to the hearing. You asked for it two years ago so that you can not have another year left to wait to have planned.

Keep waiting ... Have you tried a lawyer ... Actually most of the time they are hoping you die before they can approve ... my mother got sick and she didn't get asked for two years, 3 months later, she adopted .... Your best bet is a lawyer but, even then, wait ... sorry
