Peterson International Underwriters

My comapny has helath insurance card, but I have no idea of it.It is Peterson International Underwriters. and he said that this is only the repayment plan and the benefits are not transferable without appoval.please tell me what that meant exactly. and I must go psycholoist that I needed and they r wonder about .... that is why insurance ...... help ... help

You must go to the HR person in your company and ask them the brochure on the insurance. If the refund is only meaning that you must pay for everything at the front and then reimburse you later (you must fill out a form, which must be completed by your doctor). Benefits not assignable without the approval means that you must call the company every time you need to do anything / to do and they must approve it first or they will not pay.
