Pennsylvania Disability Benefits

Posted on February 1, 2010.
Pennsylvania Disability BenefitsIn the State of Pennsylvania a person can receive both social security benefits and social security disability?

I am collecting Social Security, but still work part time and I also get disablity social security, now that I've become disabled

No, you can not. You are on social security and that's all you deserve. It's one or the other

No, the rules are not only for the PA, it is the same in all states. You can get disability art until you are eligible for regular benefits of art retirement, then you'd gone to the art of retirement. If you already get them, you can not get SSDI which is basically just make your early retirement benefits.
