Nashville Medical Malpractice

Posted on February 26, 2010.
Nashville Medical MalpracticeWhy is Mexico is a hand here is it because of the $ $ $ The Mexican government has hired a lawyer?

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Mexican government has hired a lawyer to follow a child custody battle in Nashville involving a young girl severely brain-Hispanic.

The child, aged 4, Alessandra Villalobos, is also the center of a medical malpractice lawsuit that could provide millions of dollars for his care.

The girl's mother, Ingrid Diaz, a Mexican national trying to regain custody of her daughter, who is a U.S. citizen because she was born in Nashville.

Attorney Elliott Ozment said the Mexican consul in Atlanta asked her to investigate and ensure that Diaz is "adequate representation" in its legal battles.

Diaz is an illegal immigrant, but she was allowed to stay in the U.S. while the cases are ongoing.

It's money! If Mexico is concerned about its citizens that they would help more in Mexico!
Phil: The child is not a Mexican citizen! Mexico does not allow dual citizenship. The child is a citizen of the United States!
If there was malpractice million to the Mexican government not to touch this with a beam of 10 feet!

In this case, the child is also a Mexican citizen how this child of a Mexican citizen mother did not even have custody of his daughter? I do not see the story that the child has dual citizenship.I wondering why the mother lost custody in the first place? Mexico has money for lawyers here, but back in Mexico, the governor can not afford to feed its own people

Yes, Tony you right back ", the Mexican consul in Atlanta, but he is still part of Mexico as a Mexican consul / citizen of the article to Jill / title is absolutely correct ..... As for the money part? Consul-over involved because he felt all this money, the Mexicans are opportunists and Freebies, lowest illegal consuls trained highly educated. Many American politicians are opportunistic way, but not as much as the Mexicans, because half of their politicians and army generals are on the drug cartel `s payroll.

NO! the answer to your question is in your little article. You should really read it! It is not that ..... really long!

"Attorney Elliott Ozment said the Mexican consul in Atlanta asked her to investigate and ensure that Diaz is" adequate representation "in its legal battles."

baby.It poor seems to me that the mother does not back after finding the funds could be involved.I hope the best for this poor little sad girl. Its how loving mother who did not even care that child all the sudden needs to have a lawyer.

Course, is money. There are millions involved. They want to make sure of their own gets a share of the pie, or perhaps everything. If the jackpot hits mom, maybe she will send some of the money back home.

The work of a consulate is to look after the welfare of its citizens in foreign countries where licensed. In this case, the child is also a Mexican citizen if the consultant can not represent it as it is also a U.S. citizen.

can not block:
Mexican nationality at birth
... A person born abroad to a Mexican father born or born to a Mexican mother.
... A person born abroad of a naturalized Mexican father and Mexican mother by naturalization.

Thus, the child of a Mexican citizen is a citizen of Mexico, is a difficult concept? Born in the USA, then it is a U.S. citizen. In fact, almost the same as U.S. law, the child of a U.S. citizen born in Mexico is a U.S. citizen and a Mexican citizen. Neat, huh?
