Medical Attorney

Medical AttorneyHow much does a medical malpractice lawyer in CA on average earn?

I know I want to go to law school after getting my degree, but I'm still undecided as to which branch of law, I will investigate. Right about now, I have narrowed it down to the corporate counsel, the prosecutor and counsel for medical malpractice.
So I'm curious to know what they do, even if it's just a way or a frame.

Stay away from medical malpractice. The insurance industry has managed to convince Congress of the CAP medical malpractice lawsuits to limit their costs. Lawyers do not have much money in this area more.

This is actually one of the few movements by insurance lobbyists, I agree with.

It depends on how much you want to work - if this question is impossible to answer.

Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions of life.

The legal profession is changing and is in absolute crisis! Each year, more and more graduates of law school, but there are fewer jobs. Even the largest law firms in the most reputable and experiencing unprecedented cuts. I do not expect to improve the situation in the years to come .....

Be aware of what you offer yourself to enter. Please do more research first. Reminder: We're in a global recession. Consider careers that have jobs available .<<<<<

Advice> Jobs in the field of Law are drying up fast! This is simply not a good field to invest time and / or money. This is a narrowing in ruins, and die in the professional field. Many reasons. We now have computers. So many people today (wrongly) think they can do their own legal work thanks to the Internet. In addition, there are many companies out there making a very effective legal software in the field of law. Lawyers today's graduates tend to be computer savvy, so they come to do the work themselves to save themselves the cost of overhead. In addition, the "Target" buy this software legal to obtain legal work performed without the cost of an attorney. So we simply have too many legal professionals - we have a record surplus! (Legal Practitioners "includes, but is not limited to: Attorneys / lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries, bailiffs, court reporters, etc., etc.)

Sites like legalzoom.com have removed the work that prosecutors many small-time / lawyers would.

The scope of the law has a mystique that exceeds reality effectively. The scope of the law is an overrated career - mainly through television. There are many myths about the scope of the law is working as a lawyer involves mentally difficult (in fact, most of the work as a lawyer routine documents: research, cite checking, document drafting, and Examination of documents. Prosecutors need to write and monitor all the activities they do, every [day in 6 to 15 minutes increments, as the] billing system - a difficult but necessary task) or a lawyer is exciting, powerful, and glamorous (remember that television is a fiction - the fiction of lawyers on TV are actors - most of the work that the lawyer did not occur in a room hearing), law students think that because they are good lawyers to argue that they become large (in fact, being a lawyer is much more than its ability to mediate between the parties and bring them to agreement) As a lawyer I can correct the injustices (in fact legal decisions are more as to achieve compromise right vs. wrong) guaranteed financial success (in fact, when salaries are compared, you must also take into account cost of living expenses [most large law firms are in big cities - the largest in the city, spending more than the cost of living will be] the payment of debts accumulated during his law studies, and the time needed to build a customer base. Many large law firms require lawy.
