Masshealth

I just received my glasses. and I masshealth. and I from a crappy place b / c the sides are not very durable. and broke. but it is only 5 months. and I heard that I have to wait atleast a year to get new glasses. Is this true?

Under the rules of healthy weight if you are over 21 years you are entitled to a set of glasses and a review every 12 months. Of course, it depends on the type of coverage you have and if it is a covered service. Since you have been covered, I suppose you have one of the following below.

If you are covered by MH Standard MH joint health, family MH Asst. MH Basic.

MH not generally pay for repair, but extenuating circumstances may replace the bases. Call CS, I can really only give you the answer in the book that I do not know everything about your case. Now, with that said I wear glasses and they usually offer a replacement a year for executives that crack or break from normal wear, you can talk with the director to the optician.
