Malpractice Lawyer

Malpractice LawyerMalpractice Lawyer?

was wondering if anyone knows of a lawyer in Canada would be good to talk about a case of medical malpractice. I had a bad experience several years ago and I want to be validated. my bowels were leaking and perferated days and did lots of damage all along to destroy my genitals which were perfectly healthy. three doctors now claimed that I was suffering from an STD, humiliation and pain caused by one which was great, I've never had an STD. they all just look at the previous diagnosis and to ignore the pain, the treatment of my cheap as a bum who deserves the pain. I sought advice from a couple of different lawyers and nobody seems to want to deal. is that how it is in Canada? This is not fair, I'll never be the same. there should be some compensation for their ignorance. no excuses just stupid at my age these things are not common, so they had no reason to think that my symptoms and calls for help were in force.

I think you will find it difficult - no matter what you find counsel (if you have had many refuse to take your case, there must be a sign - not all cases are unwinnable, no matter how much we would like that 'they are). The time elapsed since your problem is a major obstacle.

I understand your pain - I had a friend who suffered a perforated appendix at the age of 25 years, and the hospital, it was expected that she went to a septic process. Unlike you - she went away - the trial lasted for years and years (5 to be exact) and at the end - she received nothing.

She can not bear children. She had expert witnesses, timely information and excellent way. It does not always work. You should be able to report the doctor (s) to your national / provincial medical council. I hope you have filed a complaint with the hospital as well.

Here is a list of law firms specializing in medical malpractice - you can find one to consult you, toll

I'm sorry for what happened to you, but you also have a distorted view ... you are injured, so listen to a person who has a goal and outside POV. you've seen 3 doctors, all qualified and trained, I suppose. on 3 occasions, the symptoms that you seemed - to 3 qualified doctors and trained at an STD. their diagnosis may be wrong, but they all saw the same thing, and took them all to the same conclusion.

Also keep in mind that this was some years ago, i cannot be sure about this, but I think there would be some kind of time limitation on your costume ... probably running fromt he time you have discovered their negligence

I'm sorry for your loss. I know it's horrible to feel like you have done and still do. Although I am not familiar with Canadian laws against malpractice, I did a google search and found the following announcement with many others. It is difficult to provide a more comprehensive list that I do not know what part of Canada you live, however, I think you are suffering from mental and physical problems, and I hope you are able to find a lawyer who can help you and someone will trust you to talk through your suffering.

Good luck, I'll think of you.

You can submit your question in the following Web site and a lawyer will contact you within 24 hours. Do not worry about their charges, His only $ 1/day. I think you can afford. Here is the link
