Wrecked car, she had no insurance, how do I get? I was struck by a guy with a car not registered and no insurance, I have a custom 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier totaled each store ... im a car while he exchanged his and the next day for a galactic old and recently traded again for a blazer, so I have nothing, it doesn't want to pay me. so im getting a warrant to take him to civil court, I bought the car for 5000. bc its only a 5 speed jumper KBB value in 1500, but shaved body kit and paint the doors, Shabangi together, theres a picture on my profile, how do I ask?

You can ask anything, but if you win, you can expect "fair market value" which should be close to your 1500. KBB price. Even if you win, you must collect. Good luck too! If you have collision insurance and used it, you probably already have a check for your own insurance company in your hands.
