Homeowners Insurance Companies

I understand many insurance companies for homeowners' insurance wont to do if you have a German shepherd dog. Do you know in Ohio, which will provide insurance if you have a German Shepherd dog?

Of course there is! I am an insurance agent in Ohio and we sell a couple of large companies that have no problem with German shepherds. (Smart Dog btw)

Anyway, I would stay away from trademark agents like State Farm or Allstate agents just because you have no choice in this way. Call an independent agent who can offer a few choices. Usually, the races we have a harder time finding cover for Dobermans, pit bulls, and Rotter.

Unless it has changed - this link says Ohio State Farm does not discriminate (unless it is a pit bull). I know it is allowed in Illinois. So few people on the forum about using GSD State Farm and Allstate are used:

We have travel insurance and the only condition that we not pit bulls.
Try to find an independent agent as suggested above, they should be able to help you find coverage that works for you!
