Fort Worth Medical Malpractice Attorney

Posted on March 14, 2010.
Fort Worth Medical Malpractice AttorneyCan anyone point me to data showing women giving birth by c-sections have died after childbirth ...?

and the child lived. is determined that the cause was internal bleeding.

Case: A 27 year old woman in good health that gave birth 2 more times without complications was said to have internal bleeding and has never been. Then known renal and 30 liters of blood to be used.

Any suggestions where this can be a medical malpractice would be appreciated.

The child was born without complications and is doing well.

In addition, no one knows of any good medical malpractice lawyers in the Dallas / Fort Worth area who are board certified and is their only line of practice would be appreciated.

Wow. I know a woman in Texas who are very experienced nearly exactly the same thing! The woman has not delivered before the incident, but everything was normal through her pregnancy. She almost lost his life. She and her husband tried to file a complaint, but their attorney advised against it saying it is very difficult to prove malpractice in situations like these.

I wish the best for you and I hope the scum bag gets stuck!
