Florida: Is there a way to know if a lawyer has liability insurance without asking? I practiced law for 30 years. I've never had a customer ask me if I had liability insurance.
I would not have been offended if they asked.
It's funny how people think lawyers are opposed to the question. I always told customers to ensure that their tenants, subcontractors, contractors and others, they were treated liability insurance. Should I also do?
