That's what FEMA wants to be ready to do - and they are the leaders of training for that.

A county official Indiana near Chicago City reveals the contents of his meetings with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security. Initial applications seem quite reasonable when FEMA asked county officials to prepare a plan for mitigating risks to cope with floods, fires, windstorms and tornadoes.

But as the necessary meetings and calls with FEMA and DHS will continue over a period of two years their application has become increasingly scarce, raising suspicion of county officials

During meetings held with a legal obligation FEMA and DHS scenarios were delighted disaster County officials:
