Would employers' liability coverage for a necessary operation because of an accident at work .... The employer has already accepted full responsibility for the accident (in writing !).... If yes, how do you agree and do not wait for the NHS??? Your question unfortunately leads to many other questions, but I'll answer based on two different scenarios. You do not have to pay for yourself and then seek reimbursement from your company. They should not discuss your money, because if you take them to court for it, they would lose ... You should sue the employer of the accident, and use the money to pay for the operation - or you may be able to "do much", where the company pay for the operation and you leave it there. b Employers Liability is rarely used part of the political model of work (at least in Minnesota) and only been seen used by using the judicial system, so if you are looking for payment beyond normal benefits model work you will need to obtain a lawyer to help you with that.
