Employers Liability

Employers LiabilityEmployers Liability?

Would employers' liability coverage for a necessary operation because of an accident at work .... The employer has already accepted full responsibility for the accident (in writing !).... If yes, how do you agree and do not wait for the NHS???

Any help would be great:)

Your question unfortunately leads to many other questions, but I'll answer based on two different scenarios.

If you were injured at work and did not ask anything about the workers' compensation policy your employer has, you can always demand and whether the operation is necessary, the policy must pay why.

If you have been injured at work and received workers' compensation benefits for things like medical bills, rehabilitation and work time, and the insurance company has either cut you off or they not pay for the operation, you must then sue the employer in this case, the part of employers' liability policy for accidents should pay for defense costs and your employer would pay the damage until you win to the limit of the policy.

Unfortunately, what the operation is and whether it is "necessary" in relation to surgery "cosmetic" will make a huge difference in whether you'll have all the money from the company or your employer to this effect.

I hope this info helps!

You do not have to pay for yourself and then seek reimbursement from your company. They should not discuss your money, because if you take them to court for it, they would lose ...

You should sue the employer of the accident, and use the money to pay for the operation - or you may be able to "do much", where the company pay for the operation and you leave it there.

Employers Liability is rarely used part of the political model of work (at least in Minnesota) and only been seen used by using the judicial system, so if you are looking for payment beyond normal benefits model work you will need to obtain a lawyer to help you with that.
