Disability Insurance For Dentist

Posted on February 9, 2010.
Disability Insurance For DentistOn disability insurance for dentists?

I wonder if anyone has a recommendation on suppliers for disability protection insurance income.
Choices here are:
ADA approved by Great-West Life - Group Insurnace: They have very competitive rates.

ADC TDIC traded (Guradian or standard): Individual Insurancel coverage is good but expensive (4-5 times annual premium that ADA-GWL)

You must get the exact name company, or ask current AM Best rating.

In addition, when purchasing insurance, you must consider eligibility and coverage. It is better to take out sufficient insurance to achieve your goal if you can afford. In addition, depending on your state of health, the initial rate may or may not "stick".

These three companies are decent - but according to the subsidiaries of which you speak, you want one that is rated A-or better.

You should be able to get coverage is supplemented by ADA Standard or Guardian. I think the standard is generally cheaper than Guardian, if the cost is a concern I would go with them. Both coverage and offer the standard occupancy Guardian dentists they own both companies are good for you. ADA coverage is as good, so I would supplement it by such individual, if possible.

Jump to disabilityinsuranceforums.com and transfer your question. Some of the best disability insurance agents around regularly answer questions on this forum. I am an agent and that is where I also get advice.

Like most things well, you really what you pay for. That said, when you go to the forums they will probably recommend one of the following ways. Guardian Standard, MetLife, Union Central. They are the best for 99% of all white-collar occupations.
