Disability EmployersPosted on March 9, 2010. How can we deal with months or years of unemployment due to disability, without scaring away employers? My work experience is uneven because of gaps caused by the disability. Although it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of disability, employers know see my work history that I may not be as safe a bet as a person without a disability will not give me a second look.
