Disability Discrimination Employment

Hi I'm taking my employer to a tribunal for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination. I was wondering if anyone had gone through this process and how they have found.

Hya, I'm halfway through this process, fortunately, with the help of a law firm specializing gd ufe. The hardest part is to prove that you are actually "disabled" under the Discrimination Act disabililty 1995. Even if I get DLA higher rate and also a blue badge holder, I am not automatically disabled under the DDA! However, certain diseases are automatically classified as applicable, as if you were wise to a blue / green badge holders before 1999 (I think !!!). Can you give me some more info and I can try to take my brain and lawyers for you!
