Company Employer Liability InsurancePosted on January 12, 2010. How do I know if a British company public and / or employers liability insurance? I am about to deal with a company who say they have them but can not provide evidence - which seems suspicious to me is if there is a "central registry" or something that I could check?? If a British insurance company has incurred the liability, they must display the original certificate or at least one copy of it. They must present their certificate of liability of employers to shoulld be suspended somewhere on the wall in their premises. There is no such thing as a "certificate of liability, but if they have cover liability of the employer, a certificate has been issued by the insurer and must be displayed at their premises Under the law of the United Kingdom. In contact with them If they have public liability insurance and employers will be issued with a certificate that they would be able to show you. It seems that if they did not. you can not - other than by visual inspection There is no central registry. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
