Posted on February 20, 2010.
Commercial Insurance TermsWhat is trust?? With regard to commercial insurance?

WHAT is a trust or what they mean when they had placed in trust business and IT if so what name is trust in terms of insurance

A trust is a form of ownership.

Example: Teresa Hines Kerry a farm in Fox Chapel, PA. This is not really the property of Her, it belongs to the Trust Hines family.

If your company is in a trust, you know. If you do not know, it's safe to say no to this question.
