Car Accident Without Insurance

I always had car insurance. but it was canceled recently. I was looking for car insurance, but could not avoid driving because of work and school. I got a right insurance policy after the accident. I just want to know if I show my proof of insurance to court if they will still suspend my licensce. if it helps I live in Cali.

Just because you have insurance means nothing. You got a Acidentes insurance WO, and the factors they will look. that you could not avoid driving because of work, and school is just a cop. You can get car insurance the same day of application. Yes your license has a good chance of being suspended, and I hope so.
