Question: Does anyone know of a medical malpractice lawyer or law MD Boston ... Preferably a woman??? Details Question: I had a baby 9 months ago and seriously can not get over the horrible experience. I have never sued or brought legal action against anyone. I would need much more than the entire paragraph to explain the situation, but its very complicated with many different problems. Mainly because I feel that my life is ruined. I have a beautiful healthy baby but can not move all the past .... I know I'm being vague, but any recommendations or help you can give would be great. So if anyone knows if there are groups or online advice w / others seeking action against them or MD Ob I talk to others. Part of the problem is severe emotional distress that has accompanied the whole mess and I am really ashamed to say I think most people who ask what was not honest, but now see flaws in a whole new light. I guess because our society is so "trial" happy I could barely allowing me to really believe that I was not treated properly. Thank you very much. I am not the Boston area, but I recommend you contact the Massachusetts Bar Association. they have a referral service. Most often, you'll only have one phone consultation at no charge. they will tell you they want you to come in if they feel that you have good arguments. That said, almost all medical malpractice suits involve misconduct or negligence by the hospital and / or service provider. psychological problems can not fly unless you have undergone extensive advice (or who can demonstrate that distress - loss of job, etc.) because of some serious (and rare) cases caused by the hospital (or doctor). They are an extremely expensive form of litigation and most lawyers will not help you if you have a solid case, the money for yourself or they are in a large company can afford to pay the initial costs . but again, unless you're a case is strong, you're unlikely to get a substantial cash payment, which calls into question the point of continuing litigation. the prosecutor can tell you you should file a complaint with the medical board of your state. It may not seem like much, but at least you can voice your concerns will be documented with the right people. success
