Annuity Rolloverdeclaration modifying the ratio of direct reversal of the pension of the IRA?

I forgot to mention a direct reversal (no tax to pay, $ 0) 16a on the IRS Form 1040. Does anyone know how to change the tax return to reflect this information? I do not see a line to this effect on 1040x. All advice is appreciated. Thank you.
